By accessing or using Cyclos.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Cyclos provides AI-powered container tracking, predictive analytics, cost intelligence, and automation tools for freight logistics teams via a web dashboard and REST API.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. API keys should be stored securely and rotated regularly. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Cyclos to violate any laws, interfere with other users, reverse-engineer the platform, or exceed your plan's rate limits without authorization.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Usage beyond your plan limits is charged at the overage rate. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

6. Service Level Agreement

Cyclos commits to 99.99% uptime for paid plans. Downtime credits are issued automatically when we fail to meet this target.
